Press Release
In response to several media inquiries this is a brief synopsis regarding a large pig located at the Pelham High school during primary voting:
On February 9, 2016 at approximately 9:08AM Pelham Police Officers responded to the area of Burns Road and Marsh Road for a reported loose pig. Upon arrival Pelham officers were able to locate the pig on Marsh Road in the area of the High school. The pig which weighed over 600 pounds made its way into the High school parking lot where Pelham residents were parking their vehicles while they vote. Pelham officers were able to determine that the pig came from a local farm and contacted the owner of the pig. The owner subsequently came to the High school and retrieved their pig.
Any questions can be directed to Captain Stephen R. Toom, (603) 635-2411.
